@FirstCymru_ we all want to get more buses but a large crowd is waiting for the 303 bus from bridgend but we have an empty bus, no driver , no update , no service - 20mins now late

@tfwrail your team at wrexham have just given up ! there are pensioners trying to hobble in the pouring rain into town to find a public bus. fellow passengers are providing more help than your staff. that is very poor from you.

ahh the ineptitude of @tfwrail in full force today. completely abandoned all passengers at Wrexham trying to get to nw wales/crewe etc . no rail replacement , no help for disabilities. just 'figure it out yourself, suggest you walk to town bus station and try
your luck!

@stopfundingheat @weareboxt I feel the media agency advising @weareboxt have really let them down. I can't see in any way how the GBNews audience aligns with the product and values of that company, and surely it alienates the very people more likely to buy their product.
