@SkyHelpTeam one of the things i forgot to mention was that BT were out the day the cables were broken to secure them in case of danger .... so Sky / BT knew what the problem was from Day 1 .....

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Tony , i believe they now have received a text from BT to say they will be out tomorrow to repair the cable ... but who knows if that'll happen ....

then
Sky guy phoned and asked if he could come earlier. He said sky have never raised the issue with Openreach. He was going to make the booking when he left ... shambles

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for that Tony but the reason we contacted the help team was that she was getting no help whatsoever from the broadband team … the number of people from Sky / BT who didn’t know the cable was cut when they turned up is unreal
