Zoe’s aunt Chloe visits her in episode 3159 of Sesame Street, a visit Zoe dreads because Chloe often affectionately tickles her chin. She tries many schemes to avoid it, but soon finds Chloe is willing to stop once she knows the truth.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Benjamina Gunn’s Handmaid!

An assistant for Benjamina Gunn (played by Miss Piggy) accompanies her in the CD-ROM tie-in for Muppet Treasure Island. Her largest role is near the end, giving the player a message regarding one of the last minigames.

Today’s Muppets of the Day are the Fruit and Veggie Five!

Also known as the Not Yet Ripe Fruit and Vegetable Players, this quintet performs “Five Fruits and Vegetables” as part of the Sesame Street video “The Get Healthy Now Show”.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Sam!

Sam, from the 1942 movie Casablanca, is “Muppetised” for a 1990 Sesame Street sketch spoofing the film. Here, he plays a alphabet-themed spoof of “As Time Goes By” for Ilsa, which Rick has him repeat once he finds out she requested it.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Rhonda Rat!

Rhonda interviewed a number of animals on the set of Jim Henson’s Animal Show during its third season. Her questions rarely, if ever, we answered correctly, leading her to send the interviewee down a trap door.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Craig Kent!

Craig is interviewed in an episode of From the Balcony by Ted Thomas, who believes Craig to be Superman. He’s not - he’s actually Clark Kent’s cousin, grumbling over the mix up as Ted ignores him.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is the Goose!

The star of ”Untitled Goose Game” escaped its game during the 2019 Game Awards, after Bunsen and Beaker showcased their new VR game. Unruly as ever, it then stole the envelope containing the winner for the “Games for Impact” category.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is the Wakey Shakey!

A Wakey Shakey is among the wares offered by Mopatop in the Mopatop’s Shop episode “Warm Snow”. It holds a shaker, which it shakes while yelling “Wakey Wakey Wakey!”

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Scotty McKilt!

Scotty is a friend of Bob’s that dines with him at Hooper’s Store in episode 4052 of Sesame Street. He asks Zoe to watch his bagpipes in the meantime, but since she’s distracted dancing, it winds up in the hands of Baby Bear and Telly.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Sammy the Snake!

This is the second Muppet snake named Sammy to appear on Sesame Street, following one in the 70s. This later version sang “Hello, Sammy”, a spoof of the tune “Hello, Dolly”, opposite Carol Channing.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Tootsie!

Tootsie stops by Mopatop’s Shop in the episode ”Live Art”, searching for a new pair of shoes. Since the shop has a paintbrush that can create objects, Puppyduck paints them for her.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Dr. Pig!

Dr. Pig is among the pigs that helps take over the Muppet Theatre in the Cloris Leachman episode of The Muppet Show. He stars in “Vegetarian’s Hospital”, which explains that he’s a “pig-headed quack” and that he’s “gone wild”.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Cinders!

Cinders is one of the puppet stars of Dragon Time, the show-within-a-show seen in the Puppetman pilot. In the opening sketch, she is shown waiting for the sound of a cuckoo, refusing to join Butane and Earl until she hears it.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is the Genie!

Wembley frees a wish-granting genie in the Fraggle Rock episode “Wembley and the Mean Genie”. Unfortunately, the genie is a bully who plays pranks on the Fraggles, up to and including hypnotizing them.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Prunella!

Prunella stops by Sesame Street during her tour of the United States in episode 3119. Being a Grouch, she and Oscar quickly start feuding, but by the end of her visit Oscar has started to bond with her.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Barney!

Barney visits Sesame Street in episode 2449 as part of his mail rounds. He finds Big Bird and Snuffy waiting by the mailbox, and after finding they forgot to add a stamp to their letter, he provides a spare stamp so it can be shipped out.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Ronald Q. Clark!

Ronald is a park ranger at the park Eliza Jane and her Gink visit in the first episode of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. He is initially annoyed by the Gink’s yelling, but helps Eliza after learning the beast is stuck to a tree.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is “William Shakespeare”!

Sam hires who he thinks is William Shakespeare to comment on the play presented in the Lynn Redgrave episode of The Muppet Show. “Shakespeare” turns out to be using the name to preserve the real deal’s legacy (and royalties).

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Charlton the Champion!

Charlton is the longtime champion of the Furchester Hotel’s Lobby Race, seen in the episode of the same name. This year, his only competitor is Elmo, who he ultimately ties with after Elmo helps him avoid the Tea Time Monsters.

Today’s Muppet of the Day is Robin!

Robin is Super Chicken’s sidekick, introduced in episode 4176 of Sesame Street. After Super Grover proves unable to recover a paper airplane from a tree, Robin flies up and brings it back down.
