This is the second Muppet snake named Sammy to appear on Sesame Street, following one in the 70s. This later version sang “Hello, Sammy”, a spoof of the tune “Hello, Dolly”, opposite Carol Channing.

Tootsie stops by Mopatop’s Shop in the episode ”Live Art”, searching for a new pair of shoes. Since the shop has a paintbrush that can create objects, Puppyduck paints them for her.

Dr. Pig is among the pigs that helps take over the Muppet Theatre in the Cloris Leachman episode of The Muppet Show. He stars in “Vegetarian’s Hospital”, which explains that he’s a “pig-headed quack” and that he’s “gone wild”.

Cinders is one of the puppet stars of Dragon Time, the show-within-a-show seen in the Puppetman pilot. In the opening sketch, she is shown waiting for the sound of a cuckoo, refusing to join Butane and Earl until she hears it.

Ronald is a park ranger at the park Eliza Jane and her Gink visit in the first episode of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. He is initially annoyed by the Gink’s yelling, but helps Eliza after learning the beast is stuck to a tree.

Sam hires who he thinks is William Shakespeare to comment on the play presented in the Lynn Redgrave episode of The Muppet Show. “Shakespeare” turns out to be using the name to preserve the real deal’s legacy (and royalties).

Charlton is the longtime champion of the Furchester Hotel’s Lobby Race, seen in the episode of the same name. This year, his only competitor is Elmo, who he ultimately ties with after Elmo helps him avoid the Tea Time Monsters.

Robin is Super Chicken’s sidekick, introduced in episode 4176 of Sesame Street. After Super Grover proves unable to recover a paper airplane from a tree, Robin flies up and brings it back down.
