This is how Ned could become Hobgoblin in the MCU.
The new Brand New Day promo shows Ned introducing the Spider-Tracker, and behind him are multiple pictures of Spider-Man. At first it seems harmless, but it could actually be a huge clue.
Ned’s obsession with Spider-Man feels very similar to Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Max Dillon idolized Spider-Man, kept photos of him everywhere, and that obsession eventually turned into hatred.
Peter refusing to tell Ned who he really is could push Ned down that same dark path. Add in the fact that Ned becomes Hobgoblin in the comics and already has magical abilities in the MCU, and the setup is right there.
And we can’t forget this Ned literally promised Peter in Spider-Man: No Way Home that he would never become a supervillain and try to kill him. That line feels way too specific to be just a joke.

AVENGERS DOOMSDAY SCENE DESCRIPTION 🚨
This is from Act 2 and the Heroes are fighting multiple sentinels that are controlled by Doctor Doom in the X-universe. And the Heroes also recreate the scene from the first Avengers film where they all stand together.
Hulk Looks Significantly Bigger in Spider-Man: Brand New Day
A side-by-side comparison between Avengers: Age of Ultron and Spider-Man: Brand New Day reveals a noticeable difference in Hulk’s size.
In Age of Ultron, Black Widow (around 5'7") stood next to Hulk and reached approximately up to his waist.
However, in the new footage from Brand New Day, Spider-Man (Tom Holland, ~5'8") stands in front of Hulk and reaches his knee level
This visual analysis suggests that Hulk has been scaled up considerably for this film.
