My point (as I mentioned elsewhere) is that the article cherry picked the murder stats, while ignoring the other stats about abuse and all since only the former supports the article's thesis.

@mbone211 @DouglasKMurray I know that, I was only adding the context to the statistics I'm talking about (as mentioned in the sources). Doesn't change the main point that the source clearly mentioned the higher rates of hate crime and abuse and neither the article nor Douglas bothered to mention that.

@franklincrick @DouglasKMurray I'm only going off the stats given in the article's sources since I'm not familiar with UK stats generally. The point is to show that the article has cherry picked the parts of the sources that support its thesis, and ignore the rest.

@DouglasKMurray I don't want to believe you're genuinely transphobic, but tweets such as this really make it difficult. If you have a problem with some aspects of trans activism, you don't need to try and prove the WHOLE movement's a lie and instead try to reach middle ground.

@jhazzard7650 @michaelshermer There are very clear solutions we have to combat high abortion rates, so if you want to condemn it, you should also focus on the solutions. Its weird when pro life conservatives are standing DIRECTLY AGAINST the things that would reduce abortion rates effectively.

I don't know about your claim about COVID deaths, but yes, it is possible that in some places the records might be inaccurate. But mortality rates are similar worldwide, so I lean towards believing them.
