@TescoIrl issue. Asked if I could lodge or escalate my complaint and was told I could not. Have spoken to other people and this is a recurring issue. Tesco have no respect for thier customers. Customer care is virtually non existent.

Recently visited your store in Finglas and was treated like a common criminal using the self scan process. Issue actually turned out to be an issue with a double barcode being on the product. Was informed this happens as the time and yet Tesco have not fixed the 1/2

I have two cards that do not work on one for all. I have exchanged 8 emails and over 10 phone calls. Have raised 3 complaints to have a supervisor contact me and still I am still waiting. I have 4 cases raised and still no contact. Worst company ever
