@DHLPaket Hallo, am Fr wurde eine Lieferung mit Kühlware an mich verschickt. Diese wurde am Samstagmorgen in meiner Nähe sortiert und der Status ist seitdem unverändert. Andere Pakete an mich, die ebenfalls Sa dort sortiert wurden, kamen bereits am Samstagmittag an.Bitte um Hilfe

@DHLPaket Meine Pakete befinden sich seit Mittwoch in Zustellung, aber immer wird die Route wegen Überschreitung der Arbeitszeit abgebrochen. Heute sind es noch über 30 Stopps, das wird wieder nichts. So bekomme ich meine Pakete nie, da ja auf der Route immer mehr anfällt…

@DHLPaket Danke, ich kenne es von früher, dass die Route dann am nächsten Tag anders herum gefahren wurde aber in letzter Zeit kommt es eigentlich jede Woche vor, dass die Route abgebrochen wird und due Reihenfolge der Route bleibt immer gleich 😔
