So upset with @British_Airways I have been saving up Avios points for years. spent my entire weekend on the phone to the travel agent and BA (over 68 emails with BA!) to be finally told we can’t jump from economy to business.

What’s the point in saving up points!

@British_Airways . I have email trails & phone call logs where I spoke to several team members into the evening over 3 days with BA who kept telling me to go back to the travel agent to amend the booking. Our travel plans were amended 3 times from incorrect information given by @British_Airways

@OKMobilityCorp absolute disgrace! Charging us an extra €360 as we had to put on 2 spare tyres on whilst on holiday (costing us €350 already!) as the car was illegal to drive! Absolutely disgusting…. Never using this company again, disgrace!!

I want to say a massive shout out to the cabin crew on the @britishairways flight from Palma to London City 18:10. Dream team and totally made me feel safe when I was nervous flying with my daughter for the first time! A credit to @britishairways
