Flip your own self talk & add ‘yet’ to your thoughts. It’s not “I’m not there”; it becomes “I’m not there yet.” While it may seem impossible to break out of your own shell, figure out why it’s there. Is it bc you have always told yourself you cannot do something? #DaisyDoesIt
