SWC Presidents, SWC College Representatives, and advocates across the country have been visiting Senate field offices, attending town halls, and calling their senators throughout August to make their voices heard on CLARITY.
From coast to coast, the SWC community is showing up, taking action, and making it clear that we are ready to keep fighting for the future of crypto. ๐ก๏ธ
Iowa showing up at the table last week with President @youngscrimmage and University of Iowa College Representative Ian Dunleavy. Voters are paying attention to where their lawmakers stand
Another great roundtable on Friday with @standwithcrypto and Iowa business and technology leaders about how crypto is helping Main Street lower payment fees, reach new customers, and access capital.
Weโre working to establish clear rules of the road, crack down on fraud, and keep bad actors out of digital assets.
We only have 20 days until September 15, the Senate cloture vote on the CLARITY Act.
Texas Tech SWC College Representative @ZachAccelerated explains why every crypto owner needs to speak up.
Meet the people powering the movement.
Our chapter presidents and college representatives are proving that you don't need to be a policy insider to make an impact. @standwithcrypto gives them the tools to get informed, reach their representatives, and drive real change
It's great to finally have someone other than advocates, nonprofits, and animal rescues recognize the animal crisis in Los Angeles. Change is long overdue
We are announcing a $5,000 reward for tips leading to the successful prosecution of defendants who have violated the federal Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act. This law criminalizes animal abuse in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce and making โanimal crushโ videos that depict obscene animal abuse.
Those with evidence against anyone suspected of breaking this law must email the FBI at:
[email protected]
Under federal law, animal abuse is defined as serious bodily injury. Lesser abuse and negligence are the responsibility of local law enforcement.
Helpful tips include specific evidence: photographs, videos, dates, times, locations, and description of who is committing these crimes. We cannot prosecute any case unless we know the suspect.
Senators, these are the people you represent.
They took the time to record a message and send it directly to your office.
Clear rules. Consumer protection. Jobs that stay in America.
We need to pass the CLARITY Act.
Team1 USA supports the CLARITY Act and joins @standwithcrypto in urging the Senate to bring it to a vote.
The current patchwork of digital asset regulation creates uncertainty for builders, businesses, and consumers. The CLARITY Act would establish clearer responsibilities for the SEC and CFTC, strengthen disclosure and consumer protections, preserve anti fraud enforcement, and protect lawful software development and self custody.
For builders, clear rules provide the confidence to create and operate in the United States. For consumers, they provide greater transparency, accountability, and protection.
This is about more than one industry. It is about whether the next generation of financial technology is built responsibly in the United States or pushed elsewhere.
The Senate should act.
At @RareEvo 2026, advocates stepped up to our booth and called their Senators directly โ urging a YES vote on the CLARITY Act.
Every call is a voice. Every voice moves us closer to clear, common-sense rules for crypto in America.
