Eammon ran the London Marathon to say thank you for the care his fiancée, Daisy, received following a cardiac arrest.
He has since raised £2,130 to help support the fight against heart and lung disease.
Eammon, we can't thank you enough🏃💗

I spent nearly 33 days in hospital last summer and the team @RoyalPapworth who looked after me are some of the most incredible people I’ve ever met. Your generosity ensures the very best facilities, services and equipment is available for patients.
My CPR hero & husband-to-be did an incredible 4hr 8m PB running @LondonMarathon today and raised an outstanding £2074 for @papworthcharity - I’m so proud I could burst!

My CPR hero and husband to be is running in London Marathon next month to raise money for @papworthcharity - If you can spare a few pounds, the work they do is incredible and your support would mean the world to us: https://t.co/qBdsvrHhTY
I’ve been in Knock airport for 3 hours… no planes have landed - no planes have taken off… there’s a sing-song in the bar and I don’t think they even have a runway…
I feel so sorry for the vulnerable patients and their families that were filmed without their consent. The @EastEnglandAmb saved my life when I had a cardiac arrest and I can’t imagine someone secretly filming me, exposed and dying on the floor whilst my partner was in distress😢
Tonight Channel 4 is broadcasting a Dispatches documentary about the NHS, mostly centred around EEAST and Watford General Hospital.
This documentary was made without the Trust’s knowledge or consent and we have not seen the programme before broadcast.
I’m lucky enough to have lived my whole life surrounded by strong, inspirational women who encouraged me and loved me ✨💛 I wish every young woman could grow up with that kind of emotional wealth. Lucky lucky me. 🍀 #InternationalWomansDay
Aged 38 I applied to be a firefighter
Driven to make a difference
My partner strangled me in rage when I was accepted & left me
I've subsequently endured 12 years of harassment in the fire service for daring to be a woman
Do we still need #InternationalWomensDay
YES WE DO
