@British_Airways that’s two consecutive cancellations in a row…nearly 2 years apart. what does that say about your service?! disappointing isn’t even the word. really upset that you’ve once again disrupted the much needed holiday of my parents in their 70s.

@British_Airways no text or notification from the app, only to be discovered if you happened to check your email. they’ve had no other option but to accept your flight the next day as everything else has sold out….losing a night at their hotel.

@British_Airways my parents last flew with you September 2022 and you cancelled their flight home…resulting in a highly stressful journey in which my mum badly injured her shoulder. they decided to give you another chance and 36 hours from departure you’ve cancelled it again!
