@hmunitedkingdom I ordered something on the 20th which stated 6-8 days delivery.. I still haven’t received a dispatched email but payment has been taken(when I ordered I was told payment wouldn’t be taken until dispatched).. please someone explain where my actual order is?!

@YodelOnline WORST SERVICE EVER!! Firstly my order was split into 2 on Saturday but given the same tracking no?! Secondly why was only 1 delivered on Sat?! Thirdly why did the 2nd parcel go out today at 8:44am & apparently sorry we missed you card left at 5:08, NO it wasn’t 😡😡

@VodafoneUK sat on hold for the 3rd time today to returns team, after being cut off after 42 mins the last time. All I want is to do is arrange to swap incorrect phone for the correct one simple, just being transferred around.. why are there so many departments!? 😡😩
