Do you want to heal from your past?
Read “How To Do The Work” by Dr. Nicole LePera.
Here are my 9 lessons learned from reading this book:
@Theholisticpsyc
Sensitivity is a gift. To still be able to feel is something to be celebrated. Being sentimental is a gift. To be moved over things most people don’t even notice, is a rare trait.
You can become fitter by hanging around fit people.
You can become richer by hanging around wealthy people.
You can become a better parent hanging around other good parents.
You conform to the standards of the community you choose to spend the most time with.
Reject urgency culture. You don’t need to get back to them immediately. You can take time to think about it. You don’t need to be on call 24/7. Find peace and ease. Find the rhythm of your intuition.
WOMAN OF PARANORMAL HISTORY: Pamela Colman Smith. If you have ever seen traditional tarot cards, you’ve seen the work of Pamela Colman Smith. She is one of the most unrecognized female contributors to the paranormal field who is finally getting some recognition. /1
@Theholisticpsyc Marcus Aurelius reminded us that
"Each of us lives only now, this brief instant."
Your focus should be on your own emotions in the present, not forecasting others feelings.
To all the companies calling people back to the office full-time: Don't mistake presence for performance.
Showing up is not a sign of commitment or contribution. It's an act of compliance.
What matters is the value people create, not the place they inhabit.
