What started as a good podcast ended up delivering the worst public statement I never expected to hear.

In what universe or better yet, multiverse, would we ever launch stablecoins first on Sui and only later plan for a MultiversX rollout?

The entire ecosystem died from sustained selling pressure and all the acquisitions over the years.

Now, instead of launching as per the whitepaper on all chains at the same time, or at least on Sui and MultiversX from day zero, I hear it is launching on Sui with plans for MultiversX after (after when? next day, next month, end of the year?)

Dare to comment, Mr. investor/strategist/friend/majority owner @beniaminmincu, on what planet this helps this ecosystem gain visibility or, better yet, increase trust that we are not sold out to Sui?

I tend to remember a majority owner usually can decide in his own benefit (of the MultiversX interest).

I also hear words about how DeFi will be integrated and that they are working on it. Let me guess: most probably on Sui too, since I am not aware of any request to work with MultiversX protocols on such integrations or plans (and I am sure they have my contact as well as others).

If all that is true, I can announce from now that @truststaking / @XoxnoNetwork and myself included will shut down everything the next day this execution and full promotion of xMoney stables will happen first on Sui and not on both chains and I am sure that will also be the moment the leftover hardcore community people will move (probably to Sui or leave crypto altogether).

If that was just a "minor" public speaking/news mistake in a pre-planned podcast that is anyway between friends and family, then we need a new public speaking front face, even though it is interesting to see the overall direction of the priorities of the chains :)

Today we received a notice from MEXC indicating an “ST warning” applied to $ZAI. MEXC also communicated that projects under the “ST” label are reassessed, and if the project does not pass their assessment, delisting may occur on 2026-01-23.

We want to address this clearly:

1) The project continues

Zaya continues to operate and build on the Web2 side: AI for medical diagnostics and digital pathology solutions. This work remains our core focus, and we are pushing to secure concrete commercial breakthroughs through partnerships and sales.

2) $ZAI remains tradable on DEX (PancakeSwap)

Regardless of centralized exchange decisions, $ZAI remains tradable on PancakeSwap (BSC). The token continues to exist on-chain and can be held in a self-custody wallet.

3) Liquidity: we will strengthen it within our available resources

We will do our best to improve liquidity on PancakeSwap in the coming period, within the financial resources we have. We will communicate actions transparently as they are executed.

4) What you can do now (if MEXC proceeds with delisting)

If you hold $ZAI on MEXC, consider moving it to a BSC wallet (e.g., MetaMask) ahead of any exchange deadlines.

If needed, you can then swap on PancakeSwap.

5) Business development

We have partnerships and commercial discussions that give us confidence they can convert into meaningful sales over time. These things take time, especially with limited resources, but we are continuing.

We understand this situation creates uncertainty. We will keep communication direct and factual, and we appreciate everyone who continues to support the mission.

Recap | SGPath/SSPath 90th Annual Congress – Zurich

During the 90th Annual Congress of the Swiss Society of Pathology (SGPath/SSPath) in Zurich, @CristianMogo_Dx , CEO of ZayaAI, attended the event together with ZayaAI’s Swiss partner and distributor, Pathotec-AG.

At the industrial exhibition held at Lake Side Zürich, ZayaAI showcased its integrated digital pathology ecosystem, including:

1. ZayaAI LIS, a pathology-focused Laboratory Information System optimized for Swiss laboratory workflows.

2. A fully integrated digital pathology platform, covering slide viewing, reporting, quality control, and connectivity with scanners and printers.

3. AI pathology models addressing key use cases in infectious diseases and cancer diagnostics.

Discussions centered on “Pathology in Transition”, with a strong focus on the shift toward fully digital and AI-supported pathology workflows.

The event provided an excellent platform for exchanging insights with Swiss pathologists, laboratory managers, and industry stakeholders on the practical challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.

Throughout the congress, Cristian Mogodici engaged in in-depth conversations on how digital pathology and AI can support Swiss laboratories in improving efficiency, diagnostic quality, and turnaround times, while ensuring compliance with local workflows and standards.

Initially we were under assessment for 30 days, but we managed with great efforts financially to extend this period until now.

If you check $ZAI token on MEXC you will see that even now, we received another extension and this is because we put effort into it.

Although we are not the loudest, we continue to put in the effort day in and day out in both web2 and web3.

Astăzi celebrăm nu doar o țară, ci și oamenii care o vindecă.

Într-o lume în care tehnologia și medicina se întâlnesc tot mai des, misiunea noastră rămâne aceeași: diagnostic mai rapid, prevenție mai accesibilă și îngrijire mai aproape de fiecare pacient. Iar România are resursele, inteligența și determinarea de a deveni un reper în inovația medicală.
