@Chartjj@agraybee Well that’s illegal, what are their names or ccap case numbers? Only way that wouldn’t be illegal is if their 2 offenses are 10+ years apart, then they’re both considered non criminal first offenses; or if they served the jail as gps house arrest
@11BravoCrunchie@MrShackleford65@UWMadisonPolice A cop wouldn’t need a warrant to drive around and follow a car public roads, or sit on the freeway and write down every time he sees its license plate
@ved1024 You CAN charge based on probable cause but it’s not best practice the vast majority of the time, why charge something you don’t think you can prove? Waste of everyone’s time and resources, and arguably unethical
@Tonysmarkettips At this point Carter is the only one any anger should be directed towards, for being caught red handed talking shit ab a teammate. Dart did something legal in his free time and Jacobs hasn’t even been charged with a crime (prosecutors charge crimes in WI)
@Mylo_Swings@NorthWoods98@Peter_Bukowski He hasn’t been charged yet. He was arrested and police referred charges to the DA’s office who hasn’t decided whether or not to charge anything yet. WI has a mandatory arrest law im dv situations wis stat 968.075
@WisconsinSass We don’t even know what the victim said or who they are yet, Josh hasn’t even been charged yet. Can we all just hold our horses on both sides
@MatthewMKE98 How is there a “level of guilt” to turning yourself in? If he got on a plane to a country with no extradition would that be a “level of innocence”? What?
