I achieved my goal of 10 pullups! I've also been tracking my body fat percentage, and I'm happy to say it's now at a new low of 23.3%. I'm definitely making progress, and it feels good.
@tl812 I currently carry Glock 43 and Glock 47 pistols. I transitioned from a Sig Sauer 226 Tacops last month. While some friends refer to the Glock as a "Tupperware gun," I find it suitable. I appreciate its lighter weight and comparable accuracy to my previous pistol.
@Richard79625990@tl812 Many LE departments issue Glock handguns. While some officers may prefer different firearms, many choose to carry a Glock for duty purposes. There are many valid reasons for individual preferences. Ultimately, what works best for one officer may not be suitable for another.
@Chris05415435@tl812 I had carried the Sig P320 M17 for a while , but all the noise out there about it going off on its own made me shelf it. Shoots great though.
My youngest just turned three, and we started potty training a few days ago. Today is the first day with no accidents. We anticipate saving $50 a month on diapers.
Today's impressions during partaking of the sacrament were to cut back on social media and to stop looking at pornography. Porn had always been a struggle of mine. I'm sure having this amount doesn't help me... I should remove print accounts I follow.
Registered for the Pacific Beach Half Marathon in San Diego on October 5th. My goal is to improve upon my previous time of 2:18. I recognize that I started too fast during the first 8 miles of my last race, and I plan to adjust my pacing accordingly this time.
