@kvlly@SethSilvers I remember Frontpage in Elementary School lol. i made a club website in 4th grade after seeing Spy Kids. It was a super secret spy club and every kid was like,
"Yeah ok lol as if it's really a Spy Club..."
Me: *shows them the website*
kids: "WHOA IT'S REAL?!?!?!" 🤣
Introducing ai-sdk-heal, a small companion library for @aisdk.
For cases where long conversations + tool calls + reasoning models drift out of provider spec, it repairs the message array before the request goes out:
- Pairs orphan tool calls with results
- Drops reasoning blocks Anthropic would reject
- Sanitizes bad tool names + inputs
- Idempotent, safe on the hot path or stored history

To get good animations from an AI you need to get good at telling it what you want:
- "stagger this list of items"
- "make this animation direction-aware"
- "spacial consistency", "crossfade", "layout animation",
I made a motion vocabulary for this:

JUST IN: Scientists say AI has decoded communication patterns in mice, dolphins, apes, birds, whales, & cuttlefish — could eventually lead to humans communicating directly with animals.
Your AI chat vanishes on every page reload? 🔄
TanStack AI just shipped a persistence option: pass one adapter and conversations hydrate on load, save on change, clear on reset. localStorage, IndexedDB, anything.

.@satyanadella just put the whole "water" debate to rest.
Datacenters run on a closed loop cooling system, the water usage of a datacenter for an entire year is roughly equivalent to a usage of 1 restaurant!

a horror movie made for $750,000 is about to become one of the most profitable films ever made.
Obsession - shot in 20 days in Alabama by a 26-year-old YouTuber with no stars in the cast - is now eyeing a $250 million+ box office finish. that's a return north of 300 times its budget. it's already the highest-grossing release in Focus Features history.
now look at what the industry spent that same money on:
- Joker: Folie a Deux - ~$200 million budget. a punchline.
- Mickey 17 - ~$118 million. forgotten in a month.
- The Mandalorian & Grogu - $165 million, 7 years, the entire Lucasfilm machine. it's currently losing the weekday box office to... Obsession.
Hollywood keeps insisting you need $200 million, a pre-sold IP, and a marketing budget the size of a small country to make a hit. then a guy with a camera, a wish-granting toy, and three weeks in Alabama outearned all of them on a rounding error of their catering bill.
the most profitable movie of the year cost less than a single second of screen time in the average blockbuster. turns out audiences never wanted the budget. they wanted a good movie.
