@DrDhruvchauhan @NMC_IND @NCWIndia heard that the HOD Neurosurgery, Dr VA Pandit is the worst one in that clg. Many surg residents live in fear and in depression due to his actions. He has a very poor success rate in surgeries, if you go for 5 mins for a tea break in long emg hrs, he marks you 5-10 days absent.
