It's been 15 days delivered damaged product is not picked and neither return nor refund has taken place. This is pathetic.

@flipkartsupport @jagograhakjago Just checked and found replacement itself was cancelled. Somehow i asked for refund. I have incurred approx 400 rs in protection promise fee as i tried ordering same item twice from Flipkart. This is a clear loot. #patheticflipkart @Flipkart

ordered 2 air purifiers worth 20k using Icici Amazon CC,xpctd cashback of 1000. Not recvd yet. Primary agent at CC is not able to answer , Sr customer executive says he will need detail frm primary agent & was not ready to listen. pls solve . @jagograhakjago

1st tecnician jst washed the machine and nvr came back. Alwys luking 4 happy codes widout any customer satisfaction. Latest call number R19042524784184, no response yet . Pathetic service.
