@srdcmmumbaicr @Central_Railway @drmmumbaicr Travelling through 69161 panvel to dahanu train today. Train is running 40 minutes late. Does railways even care about it than why the passengers would buy a ticket to travel to this route when there's no proper service.

@srdcmmumbaicr @Central_Railway @drmmumbaicr Travelling with proper ticket is necessary but who is responsible for the delays of the trains running on this route. The worst service railways are providing & the dark side is that nobody has courage to bringup the harrasment passengers are facing.
