@BlueDartCares I wouldn't go that far. 24 days after sending my parcel they have begun the process of retrieving it. My concern will be addressed when I recieve my parcel. I will say they are being more reasonable. Took 2 weeks of emails and tweets though

@DHL_India @BlueDartCares I have contacted them (scroll up) but the matter is still not resolved. This is still also your problem till it is rectified. Delivering a parcel to the opposite side of the world from where is should be required the strength of your collective incompetence

@BlueDartCares I too regret the inconvenience caused. I also regret trusting @DHL_India and @BlueDart_ with clothes my artheritic grandmother spent months knitting for my newborn. You can hardly call it a "delay" when you've delivered it to someone else
