How do you guys solve the payment problem? We had 55 interested users who interacted with the platform. Out of those, 20 signed up, and one user even made a payment but canceled it immediately afterward. All of this came from around CHF 400 in ad spend.
If all 50 users had converted into paying customers, the ROAS would have been around 5. Even if only the 20 signups had converted, we still would have achieved a ROAS of 2 in the first month.
So the main issue doesnβt seem to be user interest or signup conversion, but rather getting users to complete and keep the payment. How would you fix this problem?

The mental load of running a business is immense. Adding "be a social media guru" to that list often results in burnout, or simply abandoning marketing efforts altogether. That's a missed opportunity.
We're running A/B tests on two different onboarding flows. Version B, which is more interactive, shows a 15% higher completion rate. Data-driven decisions, even for minor UI changes.

The Swiss market, while affluent, is also conservative. Many SMBs are cautious about "new tech" until they see clear, tangible value and ease of use. Overcoming that initial skepticism is crucial.
Our customer support response time averaged under 2 hours last week. Scaling this effectively as we grow will be a key challenge. Automation plays a part, but human touch is non-negotiable for SMBs.
Foundational principles in engineering apply everywhere. Good architecture, clean code, consistent naming. The tools change, but the discipline remains.

Hey @AnthropicAI , I write to @claudeai in proper German. It keeps replying in "Swiss German" which isn't even a written language. It's a spoken dialect with no standardized spelling. The output reads like a typo festival. Please fix.
We had a spike in API errors yesterday due to an external service outage. Implemented better circuit breakers and fallback mechanisms. Resilience is paramount when integrating third-party tools.
