@GaneshS82@agarwalpacker My car was handed over in Mechu valley great condition, I have never ever got it serviced by unauthorised service center, now they want me to get I repaired by a local guy in Pataudi, and there is no urgency to resolve and hand it over.

Air India rescheduled Delhi–SF flight (AI173) 3 hours before departure, calling it “unoperational.” Staff (Babita) refused surname/employee ID. Customer care gave conflicting info: “cancelled today,” then “unavailable for booking.”

In the flight my mother 75 year old asks to keep a back in the overhead storage compartment and Air Hostess asked her to standup and do it herself as this is not part of their policy.

Air India keeps us waiting on counter for one hour after validation by their staff, then they say it’s AI Express and they cannot help!! Duty Manager (Ashish Kumar) have no ownership to help us out and we stand in another hour.. pathetic customer care

@airindia At every step I realised that booking flight with Air India was a mistake, the experience is worse. Boarding pass mentions gate as 4A, when you reach the desk, they send you to another queue on 4B.
