@CBands_ Agreed. Folks are hot, tired, hungry, and still have to get home when it's all done. I've been to it a couple times in the past - it's intense once the fireworks are over - everyone starts heading for the subway at the same time.

@RealFrankFromFL Haha that's pretty cool! When I was a kid in CA, we could go across the street into our neighbor's hilltop backyard and see the Disneyland fireworks from 2 cities away (roughly 10 miles).

So... our national strategy is to mass-fire promising young people -the future of our country- and whom the government has spent years and how much money hiring and training. And this robbing of past investments in them should save us money now?
