Just seems pointless pre booking a ticket if you can't get on because people turning up and paying fill the bus

Just watched a @ScotCitylink bus leave Edinburgh airport half full because people had 3 or 4 huge cases and there was no more room for luggage.
We had pre-booked tickets for that bus and couldn't get on.
Looks like an influx of students heading to Glasgow.
