孙子兵法的价值观，绝不是“阴谋诡计”，而是计算而非算计！

原文：计，算也。曰：计算何事？曰：下之五事，所谓道、天、地、将、法也。于庙堂之上，先以彼我之五事计算优劣，然后定胜负。胜负既定，然后兴师动众。用兵之道，莫先此五事，故著为篇首耳。”

孙子说的“计”是啥？简单来说，就是咱现在的SWOT分析法——分析优势、劣势、机遇、挑战。可别搞错了，这可不是教你如何操作，而是教你如何判断！

孙子心中的好战法是——先胜后战。翻译一下：赢定了再打，不确定的机会？等一等，别急着下手。计算一下胜算再行动，才是孙子的精髓。

看到机会？别急，分析完了再下单，别光想着冲，要讲究确定性。
