📢 Aparna from India (CDWD Stakeholder Group) highlighted the digital divide affecting Dalits, Indigenous & marginalized communities in accessing education & jobs. She stressed the caste-based discrimination faced by children of manual scavengers & called for a global framework to protect CDWD communities. ✊🌍

And Himani shared the atrocities faced by Dalit marginalised youth, who are deprived of social, economic and political opportunities
