CLARITY ACT:: PRE-RECESS UPDATE 🇺🇸

Senate goes on July 4 recess tomorrow. Here's where we stand.

The ethics sprint this week didn't produce a deal. Republicans walked back a previously agreed provision on state AG enforcement & Democrats left frustrated. Talks are ongoing but unresolved.

However.. reports today suggest senators are meeting with over 50 crypto industry leaders in a last-minute push before recess.

Emergency sessions were expected this week. Something is happening on Capitol Hill today.

The honest timeline from here:

📅 Tomorrow June 27 - Senate goes on recess
📅 July 13 - Senate returns
📅 July 13–August 8 - The real floor vote window
📅 August 8 - August recess- hard stop 🛑

Both sides are still at the table. The bill is on the Senate Legislative Calendar. 80-85% of the substance is agreed. The only remaining dispute is ethics enforcement mechanism - one narrow but politically explosive issue because of Trump's $2.3B in crypto earnings since re-election.

Current probabilities:
CLARITY passing 2026: 63%
Compound C1+C2+C4: ~24%
