Besides the Pelicans, the Rockets feel like the most interesting team in the West. They've got quite a bit to figure out.
Is it their time to try and take a leap?
Will the real Jalen Green please stand up?
Do they need to choose between Amen and Sengun?

@MoDakhil_NBA In some ways, this feels like Mike Conley to the Grizz when he signed the (at the time) gigantic deal. 0x all-star, but gotta do it even moreso with the 2023 ring. But still very interesting moving forward.
@lordofbums@DragonflyJonez It's mostly smaller shops that have made up the bulk of these, not big private equity. I think that BlackRock and the like should be banned from this type of stuff, but I think that a lot of these smaller investment groups are quite happy when we only talk about the big guys.
@JADubin5@IanKarmel Had an old friend from high school reach out to me (a BYU grad) and we've been texting about BYU football for 6 or 7 games now. Retzlaff bringing old friends together
Some questions about the Thunder this season (I hope that's okay! Not like big concerns! Just questions!)
- Lu Dort's shooting
- iHart's fit
- Injuries!

@Yeaderrr Memphis has 4 real players on their entire roster. Aldama's okay, Clarke's coming off a massive injury, Edey's a rookie, GG hasn't played a meaningful game of basketball in years, and Vince Williams was a fun story but it's hard to know how much it'll translate to trying to win
@JazzJargon The bet that they made on Lauri is combined with the assumption that one or two of Keyonte, Cody, Collier, Filipowski, or Hendricks turn out to be high-level starters in the next 2-3 years. This trade wouldn't change that timeline one bit.
@JazzJargon What the Jazz need is a real offensive player who can create for himself and is taller than 6'2 (sorry, Sexton). Ingram's put up 27/6/6 on Mikal Bridges in a playoff setting before, and no one in today's NBA makes these trades as rentals anymore. They'd retain him.
Phoenix officials are high on rookies Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro and the releases open increased opportunities for both to contribute next season – along with roster movement potential moving forward. Little now will enter free agency.
The Grizzlies' investment in paying mid-tier social media creators to hype them up has really paid off. They're getting some of the best PR of the offseason despite doing nothing and having no proof of concept of this current team working.
