Grateful is the best word I can think of when I look at this.

The last few years have given me the opportunity to lead at both the college and high school levels, and I don’t take that lightly. These numbers and accomplishments reflect a lot more than just me—they represent the players who bought in, the assistants who poured into our program, and the communities that supported us every step of the way.

I’ve been fortunate to coach some incredible young men who showed up every day, worked, and believed in what we were building. That’s what I’m most proud of.

Still learning. Still growing. Still chasing ways to get better!
