I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with your company. First, our group's flight to China was rescheduled without proper notice, causing us to lose an entire day of our vacation. This was extremely disappointing and disruptive. @etihad
@etihad You haven't answered anything. We're still here in China and had to pay for a hotel ourselves just to avoid sleeping on the street. Your team hasn’t helped us at all. You lied to us and left us waiting at the airport for over 8 hours without any explanation.

To make matters worse, your system now cannot even locate our flight numbers, and we have not received any answers or assistance despite multiple attempts to contact your support team.
