@ZipcarUK I sent in a request for support on the 1st of april and then a follow up message on the case on the 22nd of april and I have yet to receive even a confirmation that someone has even looked at the case? Is this what we should expect from @Zipcar support??

@DVLAgovuk I've been trying to renew my driving license for days, the online application just tells me to contact the DVLA. I can't get through the webservice/phonelines as its always busy! This is extremely frustrating!

@GAMEdigital Got through to checkout immediately and your website broke for 40 minutes. Then it shows me this after you fix the website and I get booted to the back of the queue? this is a joke!
