@British_Airways Hi Gavin, as their flight back was on Monday, your reply was way way too late and I had to fly up to Glasgow to meet them and travel back with them. It turns out it wasn’t BA’s fault, but taking this long to reply is pretty shocking when it’s also impossible to call or email.
