@UnitedAirlines_ why? At the front desk I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and ask for assistance to my parents? He said I CALLED FOR THE WHEELCHAIR. He was very rude and dismissive. Why?

@UnitedAirlines_ why? After begging another gentleman he was so caring and took my mon, while my 79 year old Dad continue to walk. Why?

@UnitedAirlines_ Why? I stop a gentleman who had a wheelchair and it was going back to base if he could take one of my parents to gate? And he said No? Why?

@UnitedAirlines_ I stop a lady who was driving a white passenger car to see if she would take my parents but without stopping she said " not a passenger car. Why? Why my parents had to walk to gate 97?

@UnitedAirlines_ I ask why? Why? If we pay for first class, order the wheelchair, checking our 2 pets why? Now I have to have my elderly parents walk???

@UnitedAirlines_ the supervisor was called as we were advised that there were no guarantee of them taking us on time for boarding. 😖

@UnitedAirlines_ when arriving to the wheelchair's I was told to wait as the had already calledthe workers and advised us to sit a wait. After 20 minutes waiting and people coming for the same.

@UnitedAirlines_ My parents and I took a flight ✈️ from Newark, NJ on July 27,2022. When buying the tickets first class o Premier we order 2 wheelchair's as my parents are older 79 and 76 . When we arrived It was a total mess. Noone knew anything. Iñ
