@TPRochie @shimada_angela @lucindaallen93 Sure there has to be other processes involved but we miss so much with the current recruitment process. Employ a newly qualified therapist who we have observed as having sound base level clinical skills and good patient rapport vs one who can answer 6-8 questions on the spot?

@JonRoustonSLT Feel your pain. Is it NHS Supply Chain where it doesn’t let you have any of your previously used passwords at all? Rotating 4 passwords is hard enough!
