@virginmedia I've also just had sales trying to upgrade me to a gig for an extra £6/mth but as I explained to them. I'm not paying more money for a faster service when this one is currently intermittent and @CityFibre are installing throughout Swindon

@virginmedia SN25 area internet has been up and down for the last week. Latest outage right now. Status online says no problems in area but I can assure you there are... any update on what's occurring?

@virginmedia Internet keeps dropping in and out for wired and WiFi. I checked the status in the area and broadband was green with no reported issues. I've then tried testing the hub and it's not been able to connect. Hard reboot this morning.
