Technically, @WilliamsF1 and @Carlossainz55 won the British Grand Prix 2026 by being first across the line on the final lap, before the penalty in FIA DOC 83 (https://t.co/ypR9VEw1d4). Congratulations on the win, guys!
@georgemorgantv@R_y_a_n__99@TinoNaukkarinen@Sim1_Podcast Knowing the results (P1 through P18) for all races would be a good start, so those of us who are data driven (as so many long standing F1 fans are) can actually work out what the standings look like, taking countback into consideration. 🤔
@JoBoy78_@F1 Yes, of the scoring results, Otis Lawrence has two P1's, a P2 a P7 and a P8 and three pole positions giving him the 81 points. Dani Bereznay has two P5's, a P10 and one Fastest Lap point, giving him 22 points and Josh Idowu has one P2 giving him 18 points. That's 121 all told.
@ChrisHudson24@Sim1_Podcast@R_y_a_n__99 Logistics is indeed the thing. People are coming into the UK from many different countries and flights/hotels etc. are not getting any cheaper. Three rounds per event is a difficult enough thing for a driver/engineer/team to stretch to. Having three days in Dreamhack was a bonus.
@georgemorgantv@F1 Was a pleasure to finally meet you in person. By the way, did you know Otis was Welsh? Not sure you mentioned it.. 😂 Masterful job, as ever.
