🛡️ Battlefield 1: The OG War
@CockCoin_ADA 🐔(213 MP) vs. @SNEK 🐍(124 MP)Right now this is the hottest zone!
#COCK is charging ahead like an absolute beast, but the original #SNEK is still right there breathing down their neck. Two absolute legends going head-to-head — this one is far from over!
I have been watching the Ascend chart and it looks solid, so i am curious of what others think.
Do we Think $Ascend will go above 1 ADA in the next 7 days?
Right now Cardano governance is basically:
Team proposes idea → asks for funding → voters decide if idea sounds good.
What we MUST change it to:
Ecosystem decides what needs to be built in line with roadmap → treasury posts job → teams apply → we select best candidate.
Been quiet on this for a while, but making significant progress.
If this works end to end on Cardano, it unlocks a serious set of privacy features and selective disclosure use cases directly on chain.
Still early days and extremely ambitious, but I'm not far from a POC.
On-chain activity > Drama.
I agree with the principle. But honest disagreement in Cardano is too often reframed as "toxicity" the moment it challenges powerful people
So I have a few direct questions:
What are EMURGO's thoughts on prominent ecosystem figures publicly attacking projects, founders, dReps, and builders inside Cardano?
What are EMURGO's thoughts on people connected to organizations (eg Phil from Anastasia lab) you work with using racial slurs, calling projects scams or making potentially defamatory claims?
What are EMURGO's thoughts on coordinated pressure against people who ask governance questions about conflicts of interest?
Is this the standard?
Criticism of powerful people = toxicity
Attacks from powerful insiders = noise we ignore
If Cardano wants healthier governance, then the rules must apply upward too. Blocking harassment is fine. Nobody should defend abuse. But "bad faith" cannot become a label used to erase uncomfortable questions, protect friends or avoid accountability.
Honest disagreement only works when everyone is allowed to ask hard questions - not just the people with the largest platform.
