@KayJarray The only thing he could remember was the name Persephone, and thought that was his name. His goddess decided she still wanted this follower in particular, so she sent an angel to reside within him and continue the work he did prior.
@KayJarray Quite a few. One of my personal favorites is a sorcerer using a homebrew subclass named Persephone. He was a death cleric who worshipped Persephone as Hades' Wife, but after severe trauma from a heroic adventuring party, he became an amnesiac. 1/2
@DungeonGlitch Lil' Expeditious Retreat. An interesting spell for my last cast, but it helped our bladesinger fly at 25 mph at 5th level and start bombing a fortress with fireball, so I think it's a good one nonetheless
@thisisbardcore Upon the first rolling in the encounter for intiative the DM Solemnly says... Alea Iacta Est.
At first the players looked with concern at the DM, wondering if he suddenly suffered a stroke, then the DM just signed shook his head and said..
"The Die is Cast"
@DMDMStudios I have yet to play this stereotype. It's on my bucket list. Now, I do agree, it gets used a lot. But, under the right circumstances, I find it funny. I generally play my bards as lovestruck poets, so I've had a taste of it, but he's trying to find true love, not just a hole
@itsraechill I actually have the opposite problem, believe it or not. Saying goodbye is fairly easy, but I know people like seeing some reaction, so I force one out of myself if I can.
I hope you are ok though, and that all is well. Best of luck to ya
