@British_Airways very disappointing. Having had to cancel family holiday due to my wife being diagnosed with #breastcancer. We were given a voucher and not refund. Tried to extend the voucher date, as she’s still undergoing treatment. Told NO, use it or lose it. #BreastCanceruk
@EONhelp my tenant who has a 5yr old and 2yr old. Have no power/ no heating. Called eon as she has misplaced key. Being calling since 9am to get help. No help. #disappointed#mother
