@____sammyy Is this video supposed to be a rebuttal to his question? Because it isn't. It's not about whether the Pastor cosigns her thoughts, it's about what's being done about it within the corporate body.
That aside, Pastor Iren can hardly be her Pastor in the sense of church discipline.
God loved his son so much, but he still let his son die to save us. Jesus’ death was merciful to us
But you want me to believe that aborting a child with a life-changing defect is not merciful.
If love through death, was not necessary, God would not have sacrificed his son.
I recently came across a story on tit]ktok that perfectly captures the deep, unyielding frustration currently gripping Nigeria. A man completely called off his wedding plans all because his fiancée openly supports Tinubu.
When people shocked by his decision asked if he wasn't taking things too far, his response was cold, calculated, and deeply revealing. He said: "It takes a wicked heart to support this level of madness going on in Nigeria. If I marry her, she will only breed wicked children." 😂🤣😂
It sounds extreme, but it shows how political choices are no longer just about opinions; they are now seen as a reflection of a person's core morality and humanity. When the suffering is this real, compliance/support looks like cruelty.
So, Dele, when you speak on this, I completely agree with you.
Men are always trying to ‘help’ God by subverting His systems because they perceive they can do things more efficiently. Never ends well. Creates more and more brokenness. More things to have to heal from. It’s not wise, ever.
Emotivisms.
Red herrings.
Whataboutisms.
The truth of abortion being evil because of the 6th commandment is an independent truth — it's not contingent on anything, however noble they may be.
It is good to advocate for care for the disabled, Paul indeed says one of the
You are literally killing your own child cause it's not convenient for you, but it's men that are selfish and always put themselves first???
Rest abeg 😂
I'm saying humans as a species are of a higher order of priority to animals which are lower life forms. Refuting this position suggests animals & humans are on the same level of importance, that opens the door to crazy crazy stuff. It's a slippery slope
The Bible’s stance on abortion is clear.
Jesus was celebrated while in the womb—by another person who was still in the womb.
That same person that celebrated Jesus while they were still both in the womb was filled with the Holy Ghost while he was still in the womb.
God made it clear that He already knew us while we were being formed in the womb.
If you will kill a child for a defect while still in the womb then you will kill a child for the same defect while outside the womb. It is not a new practice at all—many civilizations killed children with (birth) defects because they deemed them incapable of being able to function properly in their society.
Which is what you are advocating today.
And that’s expected—just not from those who claim to be Christians.
Finally, “how many people with DS have you helped” is a silly strawman at best. If a cure was found for DS tomorrow, would the babies in the womb with DS suddenly have a right to live? Would my helping or not helping them be a factor as to why they should live or not?
You people can evade or twist biblical truth all you want to justify infanticide—you won’t be the first.
Just know that you will be judged for it.
Yet, even the law recognizes the murder of a pregnant woman as a double homicide.
Keep deceiving yourselves with these lies.
Life begins at conception and if you can kill a child in the womb for your own selfish lusts and convenience, you are no different from those commiting infanticide.
That all life is God’s life, and that exists participates in the fecundity of divinity.
It is our duty not just to protect life, but to protect living. That those who have been touched by grace become conduits of that same blessing to a world distorted by sin.
We chose life.
