I received a refund from @Delta in a @AmericanExpress card I don't have anynore. Now Delta needs a letter from Amex saying that the card was cancelled and I don't owe anything to them. Can you please help me? I would like that refund before those 60 days they say it can take.

I need some advice. I prepaid a room in a @MarriottBonvoy hotel for 3 nights. I am an elite premium customer with no previous complaints. I got to the hotel, their was such a loud boise that made it impossible to sleep. I asked for room xhange they said they were fully booked.

I understand that the service they should give me in order to charge me is some place where I can sleep. What should I do?

I bought a $1.2K @SamsungMobile phone. Its display was flickering. I ahd to drive 4 hs to a Samsung oartner. They tried to change the display and broke my front camera. They didn't fix the display. Samsung now says I have to go back to that store (8 hs drive). Horrible service!

Called them to see if they can send me a phone and once I receive it I would send mine back, and they dais no! The only way is to 1) Go back to the store 4 hr going 4 back or 2) Mail my phone, wait for them with no phone and then get mine fixed
Is that a good customer care?

I just had a horrible experience with @SamsungSupport @SamsungMobileUS .
My display was flickering, closest store is 4 hrs away from home, went there, they said warranty covers it, left it, they broke the camera and had none to fix it. Now I have my phone with flickering display
