No response from anyone @SupportatTommy@TommyHilfiger . Spent 50 minutes on the phone and no one answered. Spent 35 minutes on live chat and no one answered. How on earth do customers actually speak to your customer services ???
@SupportatTommy my son has been trying to get hold of your support team by phone since before Xmas and no one answers. Same with the live chat. How can he speak to someone about a gift voucher he purchased but made a typo in the email address spelling ?

@British_Airways That’s not a “normal” way of getting a boarding pass. What’s normal is to use technology that is available. I assume the answer to my question is that BA has IT issues ?
@British_Airways cannot get a boarding pass on line or via the app. Both say “the boarding pass is not currently available”. Is something broken in your system ?
@virginmedia - I am sick and tired of fighting with you. I have spoken to you since March and renewed my contract . Every month, you tell me everything is set up and every month you do nothing and overcharge me £40-£50/ month. Today, I’m still showing as out of contract. Thieves
@virginmedia i agreed to a new contract with you on 8 April and despite this, you have charged the old amount + RPI. I have send you a DM as this whole thing is farcical
@virginmedia who do I speak to about contracts ? I signed up for a new contract 1 month ago, you sent me documents but ignored them and took the old payment. Now you say I’m out of contract and have sent me 2 new contracts with £30/month difference for the same details. Shambles
@Takona_official Motorway driving standards are poor for the majority it seems. So many people in lane 3 for mile after mile, nothing on the inside lanes and not overtaking either. I don’t know if it’s an offence ( driving without due care and attention maybe ? )
