@moranjohna1 We were looking at the repair and lease scheme but thats no longer available to us also. Any suggestions as to where we could go for funding? It would be a great new sustainbale way of thinking - Community space and residential upstairs.
@moranjohna1 Income for Athea Community Council. Town & Village Renewal Fund won't cover the residential side of the unit. As we are a company we cannot apply for the vacant housing/ over the shop grant recently announced.
