@airindia It has been over 60 days and my refund is still not processed. Complains raised through portal remains unresolved. This has been an extremely poor experience. @airindia feels like you are scamming your customers. Please resolve this immediately.

Your customer support confirmed the refund initiation on a recorded call. The conflicting update from the agent is unacceptable. Kindly coordinate internally and provide a confirmed refund status at the earliest.

@ppitti Reduce the notice period seems to be the only solution. Indian companies have 2-3 months of notice period and it gives employees extra time to look out for better options.
