When someone reports sexual assault, the right response is to listen carefully, take them seriously, and ensure their safety.
Nevertheless, taking someone seriously is not the same as declaring someone guilty without proper investigation. True justice requires both compassion and truth.
Conversations around sexual assault allegations should not collapse into two extremes; automatic belief or automatic dismissal. Both are unhelpful, both do harm.
We can support alleged victims and still insist on fair, thorough processes. We can. In fact, we must.
A society that abandons investigation in the rush to take sides will eventually fail everyone. Innocent people can end up being harmed, and real victims will ultimately be undermined.

She has Colon Cancer and she’s in a lot of pain.😭
We were in UCH today and we were told to come next week Thursday to book an appointment with a GI Specialist. This is just to book an appointment.😭
She fears she might not make it till Thursday.

We are not asking for money cause we don’t even know the right way to go yet.
