A Biotechnology Lecturer, Nisar Ahmad, was transferred from BHSS Ganderbal to BHSS Nadihal Bandipora after serving 14 long years at his previous post. Shockingly despite the official transfer, he has not joined his new place of posting to date. This gross negligence has left the poor students of BHSS Nadihal without a subject teacher, directly affecting their education and academic progress. Where is the accountability in the Education Department?
