@Robby_NFL 10 rushes in 5 quarters. Frankly, you dont get to make this kind of assessment of the run game with that small of a sample size. Once BUF realized Sean abandoned the run they blitzed the shit out of Bo. Afew more successful runs would have slowed that down.
@Broncos4six Im sorry, where does this unwavering confidence in our defense come from? They did their thing on turnovers yesterday for the first time all season, but outside of those plays they gave up almost 500 yards and didnt force a single punt
We can win, but its going to be on the RBs
@TheBobStew And if frogs had wings they wouldn't bump their ass on the ground all the time.
The fact is that the refs swallowed their whistles both ways the whole game up until 5min left in OT. Even if PI-1 didn't happen, there was a roughing penalty. PI-2 was underthrown but still a foul.
@Jay__chiefs As a Denver fan thats not the narrative for me. The story is that after 65 minutes of being a punching bag, our defense finally showed up when it mattered.
@MaseDenver Sean just needs to call the game the way he should have called it today. No way we should have had almost 5x the amount of pass attempts as rush attempts (not counting QB runs).
If we get Dobbins back, run the 3-headed monster and mix in some razzle dazzle with Stiddy.
@EmmanuelAcho IMO idk why the world is so hung up on this play. Best case scenario for BUF it was an incomplete pass. Then youre 4th&10 from your own end. They had to punt! DEN would have had the ball almost in the same spot.
No if you want to talk to me about PIs we can talk
@BeatinTheBookie I can get behind this. All season ive seen teams lob damn near uncatchable balls towards Riley Moss trying to draw 20/30/40 yd penalties, and it worked quite afew times.
@AndyHolloway But Andy. is Stidham REALLY that much of a drop-off from Bo Nix? Plus Denver gets JK Dobbins back and NE still has to go on the road in the altitude for the first time, and bow theyre seeing all of these narratives about what a cake walk its going to be. Might just be a trap game
@MileHighReport Agreed. I was telling everyone that if Bo threw it more than 25 times that we were going to lose. And we did our best, damna near 50% completion rate and an ugly pick. But he found his deep ball when it finally mattered on the biggest stage
@COSportsNut The only drop off i see is in rushing ability. Bo isnt necessarily a world beater from the pocket. So as long as we get JK back and get him going I think we'll be fine (as long as we dont play HOU)
@ChaseDaniel Its funny to me the amount of people who shit on Bo Nix all season, but now that he's hurt they're acting like we just lost Dan Marino. If Bo is the guy the national media thinks he is, then there won't be THAT big off a drop off to Stidham
