Luton Town Community Trust’s Hafizul Islam has been named as our Community Captain, for his Inspiring work across our Premier League Kicks and Premier Primary Stars programmes🧡

Hafizul began his journey with us as a Kicks participant, aged 16, where he obtained his FA Level 1 coaching qualification. He then progressed on to volunteering work on our PL Kicks sessions and events, where he demonstrated a great level maturity and leadership. This led to part-time work as a Community Coach, overseeing camps and leading our Mini Hatters Soccer Schools, where he helps children develop their football and social skills. Hafizul has recently been promoted to a full-time role as a Schools Officer based at Wigmore Primary School, concentrating on Premier League Primary Stars delivery.

Thomas Kaminski and Sambi Lokonga from @LutonTown recently attended @WigmorePrimary to surprise Hafizul with his award, as part of the #PLMoreThanAGame Campaign

Thanks for the shirt and medal @love_luton . A brilliant, well organised event! In the words of Darryl Kerrigan - this is going straight to the pool room. I don’t have a pool room though. https://t.co/m2UHWTy6NK

Not long until we hit the streets for the @love_luton half marathon. We have put the effort into the training and we are good to go! 💪💪💪💪💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️https://t.co/m2UHWTy6NK

@WSarries No comment! Just disappointment!

[damien j @damojohno]

@mattjbush Another loss! Antonio nicked one yesterday. Harry Kane standing there like a stunned mullet. Losing a pair of trainers to a random fox is spursy!

@gregwhitby Every school community will need to design something that is responsive to the needs of the young people they work with. It will look very different from school to school.

I’ve upped the Gump game to raise much needed funds for the kids at Wigmore who have been impacted in so many different ways by the pandemic. Areas of deprivation, like Luton, have been hit the hardest. Please donate! https://t.co/m2UHWTgvpa

@AndrewVossy @VossySEN @GerardWhateley @1170sen I was there Vossy. As an Australian living in the U.K. I can tell you that vaccination is the solution. I’ve waited 18 months to return to attending sport. Hopefully I will not have to wait much longer to see all my family in Oz.

@mattjbush Showbiz Spurs!

[damien j @damojohno]

@ThePukkiParty Decent footballing team but more defensive strength required.

[damien j @damojohno]

@mattjbush @SpursOfficial Great work! 2 out of 3 can’t be bad, especially when one of them is a once in a lifetime.
